For purchase problems, please include the email address of your Apple or Google receipt and the approximate time of the purchase.
Open the Profile screen in the app and tap Delete Account (Profile > Delete Account). Confirm by long pressing the button. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us, and deleting the app does not cancel them. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Botox & Filler Simulator and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose the app. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Open the paywall (the screen that offers Premium) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
